Do I have to bid for jobs?
No. There is no bidding and no lead fees. When we have a job that fits your trade and area, we send it to you with a clear scope. You decide if you take it.
How and when do I get paid?
After the job is verified with photos, you are paid on a set schedule. We confirm the exact schedule with you when you join. You do not have to chase payment.
How do you set the price for a job?
Each job has a defined scope before you accept it. We agree on rates with you directly. You are not bidding against other contractors.
What areas do you cover?
Our home base is Cuyahoga County. We also take work in Summit County and Lake County by request. Tell us your area on the form and we will let you know.
What do I need to join?
You should be licensed and insured where the work needs it, do good work, show up on time, and be able to take and send photos from a phone.
What kind of work will I get?
Unit turns, repairs, and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, paint, flooring, roofing, cleaning, and landscaping. It depends on your trade and what is open in your area.
What tools or apps do I need?
Just a phone that can take photos. Jobs, scopes, photos, and messages are all in one app, not scattered across separate tools.
How soon will I get work?
It depends on your trade, your area, and what is open. We currently serve 155 doors and are growing, so the volume of work is steady and increasing.
Can I choose which jobs I take?
Yes. You see the job, the scope, and the photos first, then decide what fits your schedule.
